John Hall
President

John is recognized as one of the premier online fundraising and lead generation experts in America. He’s collected nearly 60 million individual contributions and raised more than $1.6 billion. John has consulted for Presidential Campaigns, International Charitable Organizations, National Committees, and dozens of Senatorial, Gubernatorial and Congressional campaigns.
John has run some of most efficient and highest netting online fundraising programs over the last decade, with his clients averaging a 39% cost of fundraising in the 2024 cycle.
John began his career as a grassroots organizer and campaign manager, successfully managing Mike DeWine’s 2010 campaign for Attorney General of Ohio. He then spent 11 years helping build and manage the largest political consulting firm in Republican politics before leaving to form Apex Strategies, a full-service Public Affairs firm, with two of his friends in 2023. After 2024, John decided to leave Apex Strategies and start John Hall Strategies.
John is a proud Marylander, living just outside of DC with his wife and two sons. John earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowie State University and a master’s degree from the University of Akron.
Niki Raetz
Vice President

Niki started her career as a major dollar fundraiser before transitioning to digital marketing and fundraising, and has helped her clients raise over $300M.
Her experience working with Super PACs, Republican Committees, Presidential Campaigns, and candidates at the state and federal levels makes her the perfect person to lead our client strategy team in our mission to create highly tailored digital programs that excel by being efficient and treating donors well.
A native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas, Niki lives in Austin where you can find her walking the Town Lake trail with her husband and son on a sunny day.
Amanda Elliott
Senior Advisor

Amanda has worked in Republican politics for more than a decade, helping elect conservative leaders at every level of government. Before launching her own consulting firm Anchor City Strategies in 2023, Amanda was the digital director at the Republican Governors Association, where she launched the committee’s online fundraising program and oversaw millions in ad spend around the country during the 2020 and 2022 cycles.
After living in D.C. for 13 years, Amanda escaped the swamp and now lives in South Carolina with her husband, dog, and two kids! She is a graduate of Clemson University.
Rebekah Swieringa
Managing Director

Rebekah is a leading practitioner in running ethical online fundraising programs, raising over $250M while treating donors with respect. Previously, Rebekah served as digital director for Nikki Haley for President. As the digital director, Rebekah built an efficient and sustainable digital operation with hundreds of thousands of donors that intentionally sought to treat both donors and non-donors well. Rebekah utilized her love of data to attract new donors to the program, facilitate high event turnout at hundreds of campaign stops, and aid get out the vote efforts across the country, leading to Nikki becoming the first woman to win a Republican presidential primary. Before the campaign, Rebekah managed digital operations for Nikki’s leadership PAC and spent a cycle helping manage digital at the NRCC.
Rebekah is a Calvert County, Maryland native and holds a bachelor’s degree from Regent University and a master’s degree from George Washington University.
Rob Rein
Managing Director

Rob has spent the last seven years working in digital strategy having led online fundraising and marketing programs for congressional, gubernatorial, and presidential campaigns, national PACs, and politically adjacent organizations. Before joining JHS, he served as Digital Director at IMGE and was Deputy Digital Director for Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign, building aggressive yet donor-first fundraising programs that prioritized treating supporters with the care and respect they deserve.
After nearly eight years in the D.C. area, Rob now lives in State College, Pennsylvania, with his wife. Outside of work, he’s usually on the mats training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or in the kitchen baking something sweet.
Cameron Bosch
Manager

Cameron has a wide range of experience in the Republican digital space. From copywriting and deployment to social media management and creative content strategy, his work has reached tens of millions of voters across the country and raised over $2.7 million in grassroots donations.
Beginning his career at the Republican National Committee during the 2020 Presidential election cycle, he has since advanced the digital programs of Republican candidates at the state and federal levels. Cameron’s diverse background in digital marketing makes him an adept fundraiser, as he is able to optimize strategy based on client needs while treating donors with respect.
Cameron is a lifelong New Yorker who currently resides in Brooklyn. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Wake Forest University.
Alex Saucedo
Manager

A native Georgian, Alex entered the political arena working on one of the country’s most competitive Senate races during the 2020 cycle. This quickly led Alex to serve in various political roles, including legislative affairs, advocacy, and political vendor management, before transitioning into digital fundraising.
Alex graduated from the University of Georgia and currently lives in Washington, DC.
Cameron Charter
Analyst

A California native, Cameron currently resides in Palmdale. He is a recent graduate from St. Mary’s College of Maryland ‘The National Public Honors College’ with a bachelor’s degree in political science. As a student, Cameron played on the Men’s Basketball team and focused on Democracy and International Relations in his studies. During the 2024 Presidential election cycle Cameron volunteered as a voter registration distributor and assisted people with completing voter registration applications in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. You can find him doing various outdoor activities in his free time with his dogs Maverick and Goose.
Sam Parizek
Analyst

A newly graduated student, Sam is excited to enter the world of digital fundraising for the country’s most engaging campaigns. He has previously interned at Congress and looks forward to applying his studies. From Baltimore, Sam graduated as his class’s speaking valedictorian from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
