John Hall
President

John Hall is one of the most successful digital fundraising strategists in Republican politics, directly responsible for managing programs that have raised more than $1.6 billion from nearly 60 million online contributions.
Over the last two decades, John has built and run some of the most efficient and highest netting online fundraising programs in the industry. His work spans presidential campaigns, national party committees, international nonprofits and dozens of U.S. Senate, Gubernatorial and House races.
John began his career as a grassroots organizer and campaign manager, including successfully managing Mike DeWine’s 2010 campaign for Attorney General of Ohio. He went on to spend more than a decade helping build and manage the largest political consulting firm in Republican politics before co founding Apex Strategies, a full service public affairs firm, in 2023. After the 2024 cycle, he launched John Hall Strategies to bring best in class digital fundraising and voter engagement services directly to campaigns and causes.
A proud Marylander, John lives just outside Washington, DC with his wife and two sons. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowie State University and a master’s degree from the University of Akron.
Niki Raetz
Vice President

Niki started her career as a major dollar fundraiser before transitioning to digital marketing and fundraising, and has helped her clients raise over $300M.
Her experience working with Super PACs, Republican Committees, Presidential Campaigns, and candidates at the state and federal levels makes her the perfect person to lead our client strategy team in our mission to create highly tailored digital programs that excel by being efficient and treating donors well.
A native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas, Niki lives in Austin where you can find her walking the Town Lake trail with her husband and son on a sunny day.
Amanda Elliott
Senior Advisor

Amanda has worked in Republican politics for more than a decade, helping elect conservative leaders at every level of government. Before launching her own consulting firm Anchor City Strategies in 2023, Amanda was the digital director at the Republican Governors Association, where she launched the committee’s online fundraising program and oversaw millions in ad spend around the country during the 2020 and 2022 cycles.
After living in D.C. for 13 years, Amanda escaped the swamp and now lives in South Carolina with her husband, dog, and two kids! She is a graduate of Clemson University.
Rebekah Swieringa
Managing Director

Rebekah is a leading practitioner in running ethical online fundraising programs, raising over $250M while treating donors with respect. Previously, Rebekah served as digital director for Nikki Haley for President. As the digital director, Rebekah built an efficient and sustainable digital operation with hundreds of thousands of donors that intentionally sought to treat both donors and non-donors well. Rebekah utilized her love of data to attract new donors to the program, facilitate high event turnout at hundreds of campaign stops, and aid get out the vote efforts across the country, leading to Nikki becoming the first woman to win a Republican presidential primary. Before the campaign, Rebekah managed digital operations for Nikki’s leadership PAC and spent a cycle helping manage digital at the NRCC.
Rebekah is a Calvert County, Maryland native and holds a bachelor’s degree from Regent University and a master’s degree from George Washington University.
Monty Hobbs
Managing Director

Monty Hobbs has been rearranging ones and zeros for decades, translating that digital fluency into success in communications, marketing, and political fundraising. A seasoned strategist with a background in major media organizations, he specializes in driving engagement and executing high-impact campaigns for corporations and policy institutions.
Originally from Tennessee, Monty earned a bachelor’s degree from Milligan University and has called D.C. home for over 16 years. He is quick on his feet both online and offline, with an acting background that includes the distinct honor of improvising an off-camera scene with Robin Williams.
Mark Taylor
Managing Director

Mark Taylor has a decade of experience in Republican digital strategy. Mark has focused on building high-performing fundraising programs and effective voter engagement operations. He has experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets, raising hundreds of millions online, and utilizing performance-based marketing to achieve client goals.
During his career, Mark has worked with numerous organizations and many high-profile campaigns facing competitive races. He has worked with political action committees, national party committees, U.S. Senate Campaigns, U.S. House Campaigns, and nonprofits.
Mark brings an analytical and data-driven marketing approach to projects. He prioritizes building lasting relationships with donors and voters to create sustainable and effective programs.
Mark is always on the move. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management at Grove City College in Pennsylvania. He lived in Washington, D.C. for seven years, Austin, TX for two years, and currently resides in Denver, CO, with his wife Emma.
Outside of work, you can find him in the pool (he played water polo at Grove City College), on a bike trail, or traveling to national parks and new corners of the world.
Sam Birmingham
Associate

Sam Birmingham graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science.
With an entrepreneurial background, he began his political career working alongside Spark.GOP and the Center for Campaign Innovation on their 2025 Virginia Election Technology Report.
Today, Sam specializes in developing data-driven digital strategy and impactful fundraising content for Republican campaigns. His work focuses on crafting messaging that energizes supporters, mobilizes donors, and generates the resources campaigns need to win.
Based in Michigan, he enjoys Muay Thai and creating memories with friends and family in his free time.
Cameron Charter
Analyst

A California native, Cameron currently resides in Palmdale. He is a recent graduate from St. Mary’s College of Maryland ‘The National Public Honors College’ with a bachelor’s degree in political science. As a student, Cameron played on the Men’s Basketball team and focused on Democracy and International Relations in his studies. During the 2024 Presidential election cycle Cameron volunteered as a voter registration distributor and assisted people with completing voter registration applications in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. You can find him doing various outdoor activities in his free time with his dogs Maverick and Goose.
Sam Parizek
Analyst

A newly graduated student, Sam is excited to enter the world of digital fundraising for the country’s most engaging campaigns. He has previously interned at Congress and looks forward to applying his studies. From Baltimore, Sam graduated as his class’ speaking valedictorian from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
